Carol & Anthony Lloyd of Degree Properties Partnership have been specialising in student houses in Cheltenham and Worcester since 2008. Although they already advertise their properties via the university, they wanted their own website so they could be identified as a business serving their local area. The website showcases all their properties; with photos; details of the facilities; the current rents and each season’s availability. They have the flexibility to easily amend their content throughout the year. Carol was very keen to have a vibrant colour scheme for their website and mindful of the fact that the website needed to look great on a smartphone – to suit her core demographic of students!
